Common turnaround times?

Our standard turnaround time for anything promotional is 15 business days. Standard turnaround for signs, graphics, and other similar items are generally closer to 5 business days. This allows us to take our time and get things right the first time. However, we can frequently move quicker than that! Don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you have an urgent need.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Absolutely! We do everything we can to leverage every discount possible from our suppliers, and reflect that in offering quantity pricing whenever possible.

What’s your return policy on custom items?

Because of the nature of the items, we are unable to accept returns on custom items. If something isn’t what you hoped it to be, please contact us so we can see what we can do to make it right.

What file types do you need for artwork?

Generally, we’re looking for vector artwork - AI, EPS, SVG, and PDF are the most common formats. Not sure, or don’t have vector artwork? Send us what you have, and we’ll figure it out with you!

Do you offer design services?

Yes! Whether you have a logo ready to go or need help creating a design, we can assist with layout, artwork adjustments, and branding recommendations.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

It depends on the product! Some custom apparel and promotional items require minimums, while others can be ordered in small batches. Contact us for details on your specific needs.
